It’s a full-time, high-accountability, professional environment where you will be expected to:

  • Make mistakes and improve quickly

The pega6 Fellowship is designed to be difficult . . . because that’s what produces real outcomes.

You should apply if you are . . .

  • A high-performing, ambitious college grad

  • Currently not employed as a software developer

  • Graduate of the class of ‘24, ‘25, or ‘26

  • Able to dedicate yourself to the pega6 Fellowship in Boulder, CO full time for 12 months

  • Can pay your own living expenses during the year

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident

  • Are looking for something flexible or part-time

  • Want a low-effort experience

  • Aren’t passionate about technology

  • Can’t live in Boulder, CO during the Fellowship

  • Need to earn income during your year at pega6
